Networking
Networks are continually evolving with new equipment, faster transmission speeds, new IEEE standards, and firmware updates. Several kinds of network topologies exist, some offer greater flexibility and redundancy than others, while some may use a single mode of transmission. Here I will explian the basic principles behind networking.
This page provides basic information for IT students and those persuing networking certifications. Much of the content is taken from my own notes and various other sources I used for my certifications. My intention is to offer some simple explanations relating to networking and the common topics that go hand-in-hand with many network qualifications.
